Head can be triggered by a host of reasons, some of which can surprise you.
(1) your boss: your boss can really give you a headache. Anything that boost Your stress level can can make you more likely to get tension headaches or migranes. Stress and headaches are interrelated. When you feel stressed out, the nerves in your brain that relay pain become much more sensitve. These, as a consequence causes that ragging headache.
(2) Weather :when the weather changes, so does your chance of getting a migrane. Sunny, hot days and high humidity are major culprits. Rain, wind, or changes in barometric pressure may also lead to headaches.
(3) strong scents : powerful small, even nice ones can set off migranes in many people. Its not clear why it happens, but the odours may stir up your nervous system. The most common triggers are paint, perfume and certain types of flowers.
(4) smoking: smoking can lead to a headache, and not just in the person holding the cigarete. Smoke has nicotine, which causes blood vessels in your brain to narrow.
(5) your weight: A recent study revealed that people with mild obesity, which means a body mass index(bmi) of 30,were 35percent more likely to get headaches than those with a lower bmi.
(6)Exercise: strenous exercise, including jogging and sex, can sometimes lead to headaches. These types of headaches are most common in people who get migranes.
(7) Skipping meals: if you skip a meal, your head could start to ache before you realise you're hungry. The trouble is likely a dip in your blood sugar.
