1.       Stay away from negative people and spend time with people who make you happy:  This is something that you must strictly adhere to. Avoid people who always make you feel bad about yourself. 4.       Take –off for a short trip every month with your friends: you can switch off your phone and take-off to an adventure destination or a holiday resort. Sometimes, away from the city busy life helps in rejuvenating all our senses.

5.       Laugh and smile for every little thing: laughing your heart out while watching a comedy shows or a hilarious show or when your friend cracks a joke, it definitely helps. When you are in a laughing mode, automatically your stress comes down and keeps you relaxed.

6.       Play some good, old outdoor games with some friends:  Just go for a casual game. Breathe in some fresh air, laugh with your friends till you actually get tired. The one hour routine of fun and exercise will keep your heart healthy.
